AiLumix 隐私政策 / Privacy Policy 版本 / Version: 2026-11-05 运营主体 / Operator: AiLumix Ltd 联系与隐私请求 / Contact: service@ailumix.com 1. 适用范围与服务地区 本政策适用于 AiLumix 网站及 App 的行情数据、快讯、分析、筛选、自选、预警、账本、策略回测和模拟功能。AiLumix 不执行真实交易、不托管交易资金。服务面向允许使用本服务的地区；中国及当地法律禁止本服务的其他地区不在服务范围内。地区限制是运营规则，不表示我们对任何地区法律作出了完整判断。 Scope: This policy covers AiLumix web and app market data, news, analysis, screening, watchlists, alerts, ledgers, backtesting and simulations. AiLumix does not execute real trades or hold trading funds. The service excludes China and other places where local law prohibits it. This operating restriction is not a complete assessment of every jurisdiction's laws. 2. 我们处理哪些信息，为什么 账户：注册或登录时提供的邮箱、昵称、密码验证信息、会话令牌和账户状态，用于身份验证、账户安全及服务联系。 偏好与研究记录：语言、主题、自选、筛选条件、预警阈值、用户录入的账本/仓位、策略参数、回测及模拟结果，用于保存和展示你选择的功能。账本中的金额、仓位及浮盈可能反映你的财务情况；请勿录入不必要的第三方信息。 运行与安全信息：访问时间、IP 地址、接口请求和错误信息、App/系统版本、推送登记及发送状态，用于提供服务、排查故障和防止滥用。公开行情主要由外部数据源提供；连接这些服务时，相应服务提供方会接收到建立连接所需的信息。 Account data: email, nickname, password verification data, session tokens and account status support authentication, security and service communications. Preferences and research: language, appearance, watchlists, screening rules, alert thresholds, entered ledger/position data, strategy parameters and simulation results support the functions you choose. Portfolio amounts and P&L may reveal financial information. Avoid entering unnecessary third-party data. Operational data: request times, IP addresses, request/error records, application/system versions and push delivery status support operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. External data providers receive connection information when their services are accessed. 3. 推送与第三方 SDK App 集成阿里云 EMAS 移动推送（Android SDK 4.0.0）及 Google Firebase Cloud Messaging（Android SDK 24.1.0）。推送相关处理包括安装/设备推送标识（如 Aliyun deviceId、FCM token）、设备/系统及应用信息、网络连接信息、推送内容和送达状态。SDK 自身处理范围以其官方说明及实际系统权限为准。 资讯、信号、日历或浮盈提醒可能包含关注币对、提醒条件、账户接收标识及金额信息，这些内容需要经推送服务商处理并可能显示在锁屏。你可以关闭对应订阅、系统通知或锁屏预览；关闭通知不影响普通行情浏览。声音受通知渠道、设备音量和勿扰模式影响，不能保证每条及时送达。 本版本将推送 SDK 的初始化与登记置于首次隐私告知确认之后；通知显示另受系统权限控制。应用不主动请求通讯录、麦克风、摄像头或精确定位权限。网络访问与后台推送可能使用网络状态和唤醒权限。 The app integrates Alibaba Cloud EMAS Mobile Push (Android 4.0.0) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android 24.1.0). Push processing includes installation/push identifiers (Aliyun deviceId and FCM token), device/system/app information, network connection data, message content and delivery status. SDK processing also depends on provider documentation and actual permissions. Messages may contain watched symbols, alert conditions, account routing identifiers or P&L amounts. Providers process these contents and notifications may appear on a lock screen. You can disable subscriptions, system notifications or lock-screen previews without losing ordinary market browsing. Delivery and sound depend on network, channel settings, device volume and Do Not Disturb. This version defers push SDK initialization and registration until the initial privacy notice is confirmed. Displaying notifications separately requires system permission. The application does not proactively request contacts, microphone, camera or precise-location permission. The primary server is currently in Hong Kong; push and other providers may process data in other locations, including outside your jurisdiction. Necessary information is shared with hosting, email and push providers for the functions described above, or with competent authorities where legally required. Do not send exchange private keys or wallet recovery phrases to support. 5. 保留、安全和你的选择 信息按提供功能、安全排查及适用法律所需期限保留。你可以修改个人资料、语言和通知设置，删除产品支持删除的记录、退出账户，或通过 service@ailumix.com 申请查询、更正、导出、删除账户/个人信息及撤回相关同意。当前账户删除通过邮箱人工受理，并非 App 内一键注销；我们会核验必要的账户归属。适用法律或安全事项要求保留的信息以及备份中的信息，可能不会即时清除。申请停止某项必要处理可能导致相应功能不可用。 我们采用访问控制及网络传输保护等措施降低风险，但无法保证任何系统绝对安全。政策如有重要变化，会更新版本并在适用时重新提示。请联系上述邮箱反馈隐私问题。 Information is retained as needed for service delivery, security and applicable legal requirements. You can edit settings, delete supported records or log out. Contact service@ailumix.com to request access, correction, export, account/data deletion or withdrawal of relevant consent. Account deletion is currently handled by email, not an in-app one-click feature. Necessary account-ownership verification is required. Legally required records, security records and backups may not be erased immediately. Stopping necessary processing may make the corresponding function unavailable. Access controls and transport protections reduce risk but cannot ensure absolute security. Material changes will be versioned and communicated as appropriate.
