AiLumix 用户协议 / Terms of Use 版本 / Version: 2026-11-05 运营主体 / Operator: AiLumix Ltd 联系邮箱 / Contact: service@ailumix.com 1. 服务与使用资格 AiLumix 提供数字资产行情、快讯、数据分析、筛选、自选、预警、用户账本、历史回测及模拟研究工具。平台不代客下单、不撮合真实交易、不托管资金，不提供个性化投资建议。你应具备所在地法律要求的使用资格和订立协议能力。 服务不面向中国及当地法律禁止使用本服务的其他地区。请在开始使用时如实确认所在地区和使用资格；不得通过虚假声明规避限制。我们可因适用法律或服务能力限制某些地区或功能。 AiLumix provides digital-asset data, news, analytics, screening, watchlists, alerts, user ledgers, backtests and simulations. It does not place or match real orders, hold funds, or provide personalized investment advice. You must have legal capacity and satisfy local eligibility requirements. China and other jurisdictions prohibiting this service are excluded. Do not use false eligibility declarations to bypass restrictions. Availability may vary for legal or operational reasons. 2. 账户与安全 请使用你有权使用的邮箱并妥善保存登录信息。不要共享密码、盗用账户或冒用他人身份。发现异常请联系 service@ailumix.com。你对自己提交的内容和设置负责；账本是研究记录，不是交易所账户余额凭证。 Use an email address you are entitled to use and protect your credentials. Do not share passwords, impersonate others or misuse accounts. Report suspected compromise to service@ailumix.com. You are responsible for submitted information and settings. Ledger entries are research records, not proof of exchange balances. 3. 数据、回测与模拟的局限 数据源可能延迟、缺失或修订，不同交易所、采样时间及统计口径可能不同。历史分位是样本中的相对位置，不代表上涨概率。策略回测受数据覆盖、手续费、资金费率、滑点、撮合及参数假设影响；模拟盘不等同真实成交。历史表现不保证未来收益，杠杆模拟亦可能产生重大亏损。请以页面的数据时间、质量标记和维护提示判断可用性，独立核实信息。 维护期间，未校验的历史收益不能视为可靠业绩；暂停估值的记录不代表当前市场价值。提醒依赖服务器、网络和设备，可能延迟、重复或未送达，不能作为交易或风险控制的唯一依据。 Data may be delayed, incomplete or revised, and exchange coverage and sampling methods differ. A historical percentile is a relative sample position, not a probability of a future price increase. Backtests depend on data, fees, funding, slippage, execution and parameter assumptions. Simulations do not represent real fills. Past performance does not guarantee future returns, and leveraged simulations can show substantial losses. Independently verify information and consult freshness/quality labels. During maintenance, unverified historical returns are not reliable performance records and suspended valuations are not current market values. Alerts may be late, duplicated or undelivered and must not be the sole basis for trading or risk control. 4. 允许使用与禁止行为 请依法使用服务，不得攻击系统、绕过权限、干扰服务、传播违法内容、获取其他用户数据，或以超出合理使用范围的自动请求影响平台及数据供应商。不得侵犯内容与数据权利人的合法权利。平台可为安全、维护或处理滥用采取合理限制，并在可行时提供说明。 Use the service lawfully. Do not attack systems, bypass access controls, disrupt service, obtain other users' data, distribute unlawful material or overload the platform/providers through excessive automated requests. Respect third-party content and data rights. Reasonable restrictions may be applied for safety, maintenance or misuse, with explanations where practicable. 5. 费用、变更及终止 当前发布版本的功能以实际页面为准。尚未开放的 Plus 订阅或付费功能不构成已购买权益；未来收费、价格、周期及取消规则会在购买前另行展示和确认，不因接受本协议而自动扣费。你可停止使用或申请注销。重大服务调整、政策变更或维护将通过适当方式告知；法律强制规定的用户权利不因本协议被排除。 Features are defined by the actual release. Unlaunched Plus or paid features do not constitute purchased entitlements. Any future pricing, billing periods and cancellation terms will be shown before a separate purchase confirmation; accepting these terms does not authorize charges. You may stop use or request account deletion. Material changes and maintenance will be communicated appropriately. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded. 6. 联系、争议与隐私 如对功能、数据或账户有疑问，先通过 service@ailumix.com 联系运营方。争议按适用法律和有管辖权的机构处理，本协议不指定尚未核实的公司注册地或法院。个人信息处理详见《AiLumix 隐私政策》。 Contact service@ailumix.com for product, data or account concerns.
